On February 24, 2010 CFWE held their first Legislative Lunch series, where we met with state lawmakers over lunch at the state capitol to talk water. We were very pleased with our first event, having a quarter of the Colorado legislature in attendance! This event would not have been possible without strong support from members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, who funded the lunch and helped get the word out.
