Privacy Policy & Use of Information

CFWE respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us -- including your name, address, phone number, and email address -- will not be released, sold or rented to any company or individual outside of CFWE.

We may share general statistical or demographic information about our website visitors, members and customers for reporting purposes. This information does not include direct or personal details which can identify any individual, or be used to contact you.

When purchasing products, you are required to register and provide contact information. This information is used for processing payment and shipping your purchase. It is then stored in a database for CFWE accounting and recordkeeping, and to make your future purchases more convenient. Your credit card number is not stored, and CFWE staff have no access to it. Very occasionally, we send mailings to customers listed in our database, to advise you of new CFWE products or events.

If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, or check the information we have about you, please contact us.

Returns Policy

Products may be returned, in the condition they were received, within 90 days for a full refund or replacement.

Payments

If you purchase a product online from CFWE, you represent and warrant that:

any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete;
charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and
you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Terms of Use

1. Indemnification. You agree to hold CFWE and its affiliated parties harmless from any liability, loss claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your violation of this agreement or use of this site.

2. Limits. While we take all reasonable security precautions, we disclaim all responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within our files. We will not be liable to you for any damages of any kind that may result from use of, or inability to use, our site. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any of our products, services or information.

3. Disclaimer. The information and services on this site are provided "as is", as available. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose).
The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. We and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service.
In particular (but not as a limitation thereof), we and our affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damanges for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The negation of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us and you. This site and the information would not be provided without such limitations.

4. Information and Press Releases. The site contains information and press releases about us. While this information was believed to be accurate as of the date prepared, we disclaim any duty or responsibility to update it. Information and press releases about companies other than our own should not be relied on as being endorsed by us.

5. Links to Other Websites/Merchants. The site contains links to other websites and other merchants. These links are provided for information only, and do not indicate that these companies or their products are endorsed by CFWE. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on other sites, and we do not monitor them for accuracy or completeness. If you decide to leave our site and access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. All rules, policies and operating procedures of the third-party site apply to you while visiting or purchasing from that site.

6. Miscellaneous. This agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Denver, Colorado, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you, with respect to the site and/or any information, products or services related to it, must be instituted within one year after the cause of action arose, or be forever waived and barred.
All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in sections 2 and 3. The language in this agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and with this agreement shall be brought solely in Denver, Colorado. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consents to extra-territorial service of process.
Should any part of this agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
To the extent that anything in or associated with the site is in conflict or inconsistent with this agreement, this agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision, nor of the right to enforce such provision.
